Header images & layout

• Toggle headers:
  /headers on or /headers off
• Assign header images with commands:
  /setheader key url
  Keys: root, marketing, token_settings, about, roadmap, admins, set_group, _default.
• Clear a header:
  /setheader key clear

In practice, the easiest way to change headers is via the @Mentions system: you can say something like
@SubutaiBot help me set a new header image for the project
and he’ll guide you to reply with a new GIF / MP4 / PNG, then wire it in.

See Section 5 for more on mention-based configuration.

The /extrasettings control panel

Open your main configuration hub with /extrasettings. From there you can:

• Welcome messages: customise the join message new members see.
• Welcome media: attach a GIF / PNG / MP4 to your welcome flow.
• Auto-delete timers: configure how long system messages stay before cleanup.
• Branding profile: set project emoji, name override and tag line.
• Community Art Mode: flip AI image mode between off / admins / public.
• Templates & custom rules: most teams use custom, hand-written rules. You can store them here and let SubutAI reuse them instead of re-generating AI rules every time.

Think of /extrasettings as the “control room” for how SubutAI appears and behaves in your camp.

Modes & credits:

• Check or toggle mode: /images — shows whether images are public, admin-only, or disabled.
• Open to everyone: /images public on.
• Restrict to admins: /images public off.
• Check image credits: /credits — total, used and remaining credits.

DM-based libraries:

• Project library (all art in this group):
  /library
  SubutAI sends you a private DM containing a feed of all art generated in this group (by any member). Great for hunters who want to scroll everything produced so far.
• My personal creations:
  /mylibrary
  SubutAI sends a DM containing only the art you personally triggered in this group.
• My favourites:
  /favourites
  Once art is in your DM, each image has a ⭐ (or similar) favourite button. Tap it to add that image to your own favourites list. /favourites opens your curated set.

This three-layer system lets big groups keep a shared archive, while each user builds their own personal sticker/meme bank without spamming the main chat.

Requests, uploads & editing:

• Direct AI art:
  @SubutaiBot draw me a bot riding a Solana rocket
  SubutAI replies with a fresh image based on your prompt.
• Editing existing art (no command needed):
  Upload a PNG/JPG or reply to an existing image and say something like:
  @SubutaiBot add a robot to this image
  or
  @SubutaiBot turn this into night mode
  He will treat that attached image as the base and generate an edited version.
• Last-N images DM shortcut:
  Ask: @SubutaiBot show me the last 3 images in this chat (or 5, 10, etc.)
  SubutAI will collect those images and DM you a pack, where you can star any you like into favourites.

Shillers never need to dig through old media tabs again — you can summon fresh art or grab recent packs in seconds.

AI chat & writing via mention:

• Freeform questions:
  @SubutaiBot can you rewrite this announcement for X?
• Follow-ups without re-mentioning:
  Once SubutAI replies, you can often simply reply “shorter”, “more hype”, or “make it serious” and he’ll refine his own last answer.
• Translate via mention:
  Reply to any message and say:
  @SubutaiBot translate this to German
  or
  @SubutaiBot translate to Spanish

Headers, menus & descriptions:

• Set header images:
  @SubutaiBot help me set a new header image for the project
  SubutAI replies with instructions; you then reply with the new GIF / PNG / MP4 and he wires it up.
• Menu copy & descriptions:
  You can ask things like:
  @SubutaiBot rewrite the main menu description to sound more degen
  He will update internal descriptions that appear in menus like /menulc.

Images, packs & libraries:

• Direct art:
  @SubutaiBot draw me a medieval Mongol frog
• Edit an image you just posted:
  Upload art → reply:
  @SubutaiBot add lightning and teal glow
• Show last N images:
  @SubutaiBot show me the last 5 images in the group
  He gathers them and sends a DM, where you can star any into favourites.

Behind the scenes, SubutAI keeps an index of recent messages and media so these mention commands can operate over the last chunk of chat history.

Core writing tools:

• Rewrite professionally: /polish — reply to any message to get a cleaner version.
• Shorten text: /shorten — condenses long text while keeping the core message.
• Expand text: /expand — turns notes into full announcements, threads or lore.

Summaries & intel windows:

• Summarise the recent chat: /summarize
  Looks back through roughly 50–100 recent messages and produces a structured summary: key points, decisions, open questions, tone.
• Quick “what’s happening now?”: /intel
  Focuses on a shorter slice — roughly 10–30 recent messages — and gives a fast snapshot of what the last part of the conversation was about (FUD, hype, support issues, etc.).

In practice: use /summarize after long debates or AMAs; use /intel when you just woke up and want a 10-second catch-up.
